In this interactive session, students dive into real news stories to learn how journalists verify what's true. We explore the real-world impact of misinformation, disinformation, and AI-generated content, giving students the tools to identify what’s real and what’s fake.
Working in small groups, students research, create, and role-play their own “Fake or Real?” show as a news team, testing their peers’ ability to spot credible reporting from false claims.
